BECU "Outstanding Ovations/The Edge" Program
BECU wanted to provide an incentive/recognition program aimed
at credit union employees. The program was designed to encourage/reward
employees for submitting ideas to improve processes and efficiencies.
A tiered awards structure was created with multiple levels of
achievement. All theme, logo, campaign materials, and incentive
awards were designed by LAVA's lead creative director.
